Before you write
Most questions are answered faster by the checker itself. If your code will not decode, re-read it from the packaging — codes are often confused with barcode digits or sticker prices. If it still fails, send it to us with the brand name and we will take a look.
What to include in a report
- The brand and product line
- The batch code exactly as printed, including any letters
- What we returned and the date you expected instead
- How you read it — bottle base, carton flap, jar bottom
